LEO Fundraising Bake Sale Project

Make yourself available this Sunday because we'll be having our very first fundraising project that is a bake sale. I bet you get the idea, right? You bake something, go around the neighbourhood selling whatever you have baked and there you have it, a fundraising project. If you're interested, here are the details:

Location : Sierramas West (Wei Wen), Taman Tun (Kimberly), Damansara Utama (Yishan)
Time : 08:00 - 18:00
Date : 3rd July (this Sunday)

Please RSVP to Wei Wen (3 Dahlia) or Shen Lynn (3 Mawar) by Thursday (30th June).

Come on SMKDU LEO club members! Be supportive and help out in this fundraising project. I'm sure it'll be a memorable and fun experience for all. Oh yeah, this will also be a great excuse to hang out with your friends.

Board Of Directors 2011/2012

Like I said, the next post would probably be about the new BODs so here it is.

Introducing our BODs for the year 2011 and 2012. These are among the people you can rely on when it comes to LEO club so if you have any questions to do with LEO club, don't be shy to ask them. Don't worry, they won't bite. Haha, don't mind my lameness. You're gonna have to deal with it for this whole year. Anyway, back to the new BODs...

Loo Yoke Yee (president)
Kimberly Chan (vice president)
Farina Khalid (vice president 2)
Wong Zhan Meng (secretary)
Lee Pui Yee (assistant secretary)
Lim Hor Qian (treasurer)
Lee Yishan (assistant treasurer)
Goh Wei Wen (funding director)
Helen Than (community service director)
Nazlyn Amelia (school service director)
Daxter Chuah (IR director)
Tan Hong Yee (membership director)
Aris Sufian (creative director)
Yong Sha Yee (environmental service director)
Goh Xin Yen (IT director)
Yong Zoe Wyn (editor)

As for Camillia Lim and Choo Chun Chuan, they're not exactly part of the BODs but their job is equally important as well. Can you guess what they are? Whether you guessed it right or wrong, they're the photographers for our school's LEO club.

Okay, so that's all for this post. Now you know who the new BODs are. If you forget, you can always look at the BODs 2011/2012 list on the right side of this blog.

Greetings From The New IT Director

As you all know, Tanusha has retired from her post so I'll be in charge of the blog from now on. Or at least until they announce the new BODs for 2012. But that won't happen until next year. Anyway, I bet whoever who is reading this might've already noticed the changes that I've made. Let me know what you think about it or if you have any better ideas, share it with me in the chat box. Ummm, I guess that's all for now. The next post will most probably be about the new BODs. So until then, ROAR!

Oh yeah, don't forget to check out our newly created facebook page too! Click here to check it out.
