Leo Recycling Project

It was quite a success as we collected a healthy amount of money that made all the hard work carrying, begging, pleading and walking from stations to staitons worth it.. Not to mention the fact that in started raining so heavily and we had no where to shade under, the newspaper were half wet and the time we could transport them to a drier place. Alas, a good leo never gives up trying to help save mother earth, even the rain couldn't dampen our spirit as we continued saving the newspaper in the pouring rain.

A huge thanks to all those who came and helped out. The Lions that spent their day off driving us around. The kind people in the neighborhood who wanted to lend a helping hand and save mother earth (and also get rid of their rubbish.. XD). Thanks to the organizing chairperson of the project - khai jhek.
