Today, we had a short B.O.D meeting with Lion Chu about our club's yearly planner and upcoming events :) We also discussed about the different categories in the community service area. Lion Chu took pictures of the B.O.D members and we had a group picture so here you go :)

Leo and Lion Day

Leo and Lions Day has arrived!

Theme: L.E.O (Let's Enjoy Olympics)

The project objectives are:
>To strengthen the bond of Leos and Lions.
>To encourage the practice of L.E.O among Leos.
>To encourage fitness and healthy lifestyle among Leos and Lions.

It's like a Sports Day for Leos and Lions. How cool is that right? Our very own sports day! The best part? No fees will be charged for the event! There'll be booths selling products so you can show your support buy buying the products or even becoming a spectator :D

The list of activities are as follows:
1. 100m (girls and boys division)
2. 100mx4 (girls and boys division)
3. Football (boys only)
4. Frisbee (mixed)
5. Tug of War (mixed)
6. Three-legged race (mixed)
7. Hulla hoop race (mixed)


It's going to be an awesome fun filled day :D

Leo Club PJ Integrity's 10th Anniversary & 11th Installation

Hey there leos! The Leo Club of Petaling Jaya Integrity will be having their 10th Anniversary and 11th Installation! It's gonna be the bomb because besides the speeches and installation, there will be an entertaining dinner (buffet style) . They will also be sharing their past successful yet memorable projects since the year 2000. Now that would be interesting! The dance floor will also be open so everyone can boogie down! :D The details are as follows:

21st Anniversary!

kids kids kids :D

Hey there! Recently a trip to the Taman Megah Orphanage was organized by Leo James Chong.
It was on the 17th of June as I announced on the previous post. It was an inspiring trip for the Leos who made it for the trip as it opened up many eyes. All in all it was a fun-filled trip with the kids as the activities were cleaning, playing games with the kids, helping the kids with their studies and so on. Here are a few pictures :)

Hey there! Last Friday, which was 11 June, our school's very own Leo Club attended the Leo Forum which was held in Ipoh. This event was hosted at the Tower Regency Hotel. Our Leo Club achieved these awards:

Nametags and Vests

Hey Hey Hey!

This is a reminder to those leos who has not paid for their name tags. For those who ordered their name tags but still have not paid the money, please pay the money to Lee Xue Er (our membership director). The price for the name tag is RM10.00 for normal members and RM15.00 for B.O.Ds. Those who would like to order our club vest, please give your names to Xue Er. The vest costs RM46.00.

Orphanage Trip :)

Hey guys! We will be having an orphanage trip on the 17th of June! which is on a thursday :) the details are as follows:

Date: 17th June 2010
Time: 10.00am-2.00pm
Venue: Taman Megah Orphanage (near Fatty Crab)

our activities will include:
1) cleaning
2) games with kids
3) photo session
4) gifts and quizzes
5) donating money

for your information, our organizing chairman for this event is James Chong Sheng Han :) so if you have got any old things that you don't want to use anymore for example clothes, books, etc. Bring it along please :) so if you're interested in going kindly give your names to James Chong in 4 Belian :)

SAVE THE TEMPURUNG!

Hey there leos! This post is specially for the leos of smkdu :) our school will be having a newspaper collection competition for the program "save the tempurung!". Yeap that's right :D so if you guys are reading this..try to collect as many newspapers as you can so we can win this! Well remember it's not all about winning..it's also about saving the environment :) As we are leos..we serve :)

RED INFUSION WAS A NIGHT TO REMEMBER :D

As you all know our fund raising event which was Red Infusion was held on the 30th of April 2010. This event was organized by our very own funding director of 2009/2010 Eunice Phua and it was an awesome night to remember :D We sold over 200 tickets and we managed to raise an incredible amount for our club. Which is great =D. Everyone went home with smiling faces thats for sure. There were loads of crazy performances which really got the crowd going. We even had performances from the new B.O.D of 2010/2011 and the old B.O.D of 2009/2010! We had special guests of honour too of course :) and..MISS MALAYSIA 2008 SOO VINCCI CAME. Yes. She sang a couple of songs for the event and in return of her favour we helped to sell a few of her albums so people if you're reading this you should seriously go get her album which is titled Soo Vincci because she has an amazing voice and i'm not just saying that ;). We also had a sale of our school's leo badges so don't worry people! There'll be more badges coming soon! :D Here are a few pics to show how awesome the event was :)
